Peter presented a keynote address kicking off UAMPS annual membership meeting. The keynote covered current trends in the utility industry and what they mean for UAMPS members.

Peter gave a keynote address on the Future of the Utility Industry and implications for energy efficency providers.  He discussed how planning for the Clean Power Plan and concerns of "utilities death spiral" might unfold and afect strategic planning.
